Honkin' Good Time

Local residents met at Middle Finger Response in order to equip themselves with costumes, props, signs, and famiiliarize themselves with chants. Guerilla theatre tends to draw attention to any issue ;-)

Many curious and interested people stopped by, regardless of the weather, to shake hands and share in ideas. MPP Gilles Bisson was seen at the event suporting a banner.

Rain didn't stop people from receiving leaflets from their car windows. Some did 2-3 laps around the block in order to HONK in support.

Things become festive as Nuclear Fuel rod props transform into istruments that carry beats to the many chants heard outside City Hall. Regardless of the seriousness of the issue, moments of fun are to be had anytime community members gather in support.
